Check Ins
I'll check in with you weekly to make sure you're keeping on track and to answer any questions you may have. You will also be able to message me directly with any questions which I will try to answer as soon as you have them.

How Do I access the workouts?
Once we have discussed your program needs I will send you a link to pay and you will have access to my app through Everfit.
What if I don’t have access to a gym?
Don’t worry! If you can only work out at home, that’s totally fine. We will discuss what equipment you have at home and how we can best utilise it.
What do you do with the information I give you?
Anything discussed, including photos or videos is COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL. I will not be sharing any information or personal details of yours on Social Media or with anyone else. There is a chance I may ask to use progress photos or reviews as advertisement, but this will be done with your complete consent (if you agree of course) and with the utmost respect.
What If I don’t have time for weekly check ins?
Don’t worry, you will still be able to contact me via the app and I will keep track of your progress.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Of course, I would hate for you to leave, but if circumstances change and you decide to discontinue your training with me, you will just need to cancel your subscription through the app. This must be done before the next payment otherwise I’m afraid there are no refunds. You will still be able to continue training until the end of the month you have already paid for.
