Programs
My specialised program to get you feeling like Wonder Woman. This program is a modification of my training both before and during filming when I play a superhero. Dynamic moves, high caloric burn and mobility are key to feeling your best and bringing out the superhero within.
SUPERHERO
Burn
There are currently 2 Burn programs, Burn 1.0 and Burn 2.0 for those that need a place to start. These are 30 minute workouts for those short on time and there are already 2 more Burn programs in the works so that you can continue advancing.
On Demand Workouts
With a monthly subscription you’ll have access to my On Demand library with a range of quick workouts that focus on different areas so that you can train how you feel. Whether you feel like dancing, some core burn or
1:1 COACHING
I also offer online personal training programs designed specifically for you (there’s no AI involved here my friends). Choose between 3 and 4 workouts a week, plus access to my On Demand collection.
All online training programs are designed for you but with the flexibility of being able to workout when ever is convenient for you. I’ll check in with you to make sure you’re keeping on top of your workouts and to answer any questions you have.
This is a service I can only provide to a limited number of clients and based on your needs, may not be able to provide this to clients with severe disabilities as that will require a specialist. Please fill out the form below for 1:1 training.
