2024 Fight Workshop With Andy Lister and Christiaan Bettridge
Join us for a day of action, led by Fight/Assistant-Coordinator Andy Lister and Australian Stunt Performer Christiaan Bettridge. Our goal is to create a relaxed environment for new or experienced stunt performers to come together for the day and enjoy doing what we love most.
The day will involve basic drills and a dynamic warm up followed by fight drills and choreography in both “Superhero” and “Real” styles. Following the 6 hour workshop there will be time afterwards to chat so you don’t need to rush out. Snacks will be provided for the 30 minute lunch break but please ensure you bring plenty of water and extra snacks should you want them.
Where: Gold Coast
Cost: $200(AUD) and includes snacks.
When: 22nd December, 10am-4pm.
Andy Lister
With 14 years experience across the UK and USA, Andy has stunt doubled for the likes of Daniel Craig in Skyfall and Spectre, Chris Evans in Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ralph Finnes in The Kings Man. He also brought the character of TaskMaster to life in the Black Widow Movie! Andy predominately trained in Wushu with the Beijing Wushu team and was mentored by Jet Li’s own coach, Wu Bin. He now stands as one of the world’s top stunt performers.

Christiaan Bettridge
For the past 8 years Christiaan has been the personal stunt double for Gal Gadot, and is now the stunt double for Uma Thurman, Famke Jansson and Blake Lively. Most notably she was recently the in suit performer for the character Ladypool in the Deadpool & Wolverine movie. Christiaan has a background in dance and taekwondo and has used these skills to create her own style of fighting that has helped make her unique in the film industry.
